by purchasing this service, the client accepts the following terms and conditions•the types of illustrations offered will be limited exclusively to the options published on my ko-fi page, with visual examples and descriptions.•work outside of the offered categories will not be accepted

payment and delivery

•i use only ko-fi for take commissions•no work will be started without full payment confirmation•once the payment is completed, you will be contacted through ko-fi private messages. you may choose which platform you prefer to use for updates and revision of the drawing (personally, ko-fi or telegram is recommended)•the estimated delivery time is up to 30 days after payment confirmation (the work may be completed earlier than this deadline. the one month limit is established due to possible unforeseen circumstances)•requests with specific deadlines or rush orders are not accepted•the final result may vary slightly from sketches or initial references while still maintaining the artist’s style. (replicas of other artists’ styles or images are not allowed)

refunds

•if the order has not been started after 30 days from the purchase date, the client may request a full refund or decide if they still want the order and extend the delivery time.•once the work has started, it will no longer be eligible for a full refund.•if the client decides to cancel the order within the 30 day period, but the work has already been started, the refund will be partial. the refund amount will depend on the progress of the drawing, and the amount to be returned will be discussed (the drawing will not be delivered)

artist rights

the artist reserves the right to:•accept or reject any request
refuse orders that include themes or content that go against personal values, comfort, or artistic limitations.•cancel the service if the client maintains rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior.•work 3 or 4 days per week on illustrations due to external work responsibilities. (i, the artist, have another full-time job)•limited communication and not work in commissions mondays and tuesdays

references

feel free to send as many references as you want
reference sheets - toyhouse profile - moodboards - pinterest boards - visual references - text about personality, aesthetic, or character detailsyou may include images from my own gallery as references to explain what kind of finish or atmosphere you expect for your order
you may send images from other artists as references for expressions, poses, or ideas (they will only be used as visual support)

revisions, changes and process

•i only work with two orders of the same type at the same time.
The sketches for both drawings are started and delivered around the same time. progress will continue depending on each client’s approval during revisions (this workflow allows me to maintain organization and a steady workflow for both clients)•revisions are allowed at no extra cost (there is a tolerance limit regarding the number of requested changes
•excessive last-time changes or changes outside the original idea may be rejected

al comprar este servicio, el cliente acepta los siguientes términos y condiciones•los tipos de ilustraciones ofrecidas estarán limitados exclusivamente a las opciones publicadas en mi página de ko-fi, con ejemplos visuales y descripciones•no se aceptará trabajo fuera de las categorías ofrecidas

pago y entrega

•solo uso ko-fi para vender comisiones•no se comenzará ningún trabajo sin confirmación de pago completo•una vez completado el pago, serás contactado por privado de ko-fi. puedes elegir qué plataforma prefieres usar para la comunicacion y revisiones del dibujo (personalmente, recomiendo ko-fi o telegram)•el tiempo estimado de entrega es de hasta 30 días después de la confirmación del pago (el trabajo podria ser completado antes de este plazo. el límite de un mes está establecido por posibles circunstancias imprevistas)•no se aceptan solicitudes con fechas límite específicas ni pedidos urgentes•el resultado final puede variar ligeramente de los bocetos o referencias iniciales mientras pero manteniendo el estilo (no hago réplicas de estilos, shows o imágenes de otros artistas)

reembolsos

•si el pedido no ha sido iniciado después de 30 días desde la fecha de compra, el cliente puede solicitar un reembolso completo o decidir si aún desea el pedido y extender el tiempo de entrega.•una vez iniciado el trabajo, ya no será elegible para un reembolso completo.•si el cliente decide cancelar el pedido dentro del período de 30 días, pero el trabajo ya ha sido iniciado, el reembolso será parcial. la cantidad del reembolso dependerá del progreso del dibujo, y la cantidad a devolver será discutida (el dibujo no será entregado)

derechos del artista

el artista se reserva el derecho de:
•aceptar o rechazar cualquier solicitud
rechazar pedidos que incluyan temas o contenido que vayan en contra de valores personales, comodidad o limitaciones artísticas•cancelar el servicio si el cliente mantiene un comportamiento grosero•trabajar 3 o 4 días por semana en ilustraciones (yo, el artista, tengo otro trabajo de tiempo completo)•comunicación limitada y sin avances con el cliente los lunes y martes

referencias

siéntete libre de enviar tantas referencias como quieras
hojas de referencia - perfil de toyhouse - moodboards - tableros de pinterest - referencias visuales - texto sobre personalidad, estética o detalles del personajepuedes incluir imágenes de mi propia galería como referencias para explicar qué es lo que esperas como trabajo final para tu pedido
puedes enviar imágenes de otros artistas como referencias para expresiones, poses o ideas (solo serán utilizadas como apoyo visual)

revisiones, cambios y proceso

•solo trabajo con dos pedidos del mismo tipo al mismo tiempo
los bocetos de ambos dibujos son iniciadosy entregados en tiempos similares
y el progreso continuará dependiendo de la aprobación en los avamces de cada cliente (de esta manera me permite mantener organización y un flujo constante para ambos clientes)•las revisiones están permitidas sin costo extra (existe un límite de tolerancia respecto a la cantidad de cambios solicitados•cambios excesivos de último momento o cambios fuera de la idea original pueden ser rechazados
